5/6 Norman Conquest Clay Castles - 2016/17

The Norman Conquest is a time in history when castles were common as fortresses and places of dwelling. The 5/6 students learned about these pieces of architecture in LA/SS/D. In Art we re-created them in clay. Some students chose to add many details while others worked on the structures alone. Some students chose to paint their castles realistically while others used their "creative license" to add color, stripes and even glitter.
